About this Role
Elsie is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Scheduler to support our Client Success operations. This role is responsible for coordinating and assigning producers to live virtual training programs as they are booked by clients. The ideal candidate is responsive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role is a critical function that ensures smooth internal operations and exceptional delivery for our partners.
This position is scoped as part-time, with flexible hours during the business week and an expected workload of 20–30 hours per week. Must be able to overlap with the Client Success team during standard U.S. business hours.
Key Responsibilities:

Schedule thousands of virtual programs per year across a network of global producers

Input and update scheduling data in proprietary systems and trackers

Match producers to programs based on time zones, availability, and language needs

Track and flag scheduling conflicts to the Client Success team

Maintain high accuracy and responsiveness to new scheduling requests

Follow established processes and guidelines for scheduling across different clients

Coordinate with internal team members to ensure handoffs are smooth and documented
Qualifications:

Ability to work collaboratively during standard U.S. business hours

Comfortable with fast-paced, high-volume task management

Strong attention to detail, task follow-through, and ability to follow established processes

Skilled with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Suite, and Slack

Reliable, responsive, and eager to work effectively in a remote team environment

Comfort working independently and handling repetitive processes with accuracy

Strong written communication skills
- Prior experience in scheduling, project coordination, or virtual assistance preferred
