About the Role

We’re looking for a Client Success Manager to support and grow our relationships with clients across the UK and Europe. In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their programs run smoothly and successfully. You’ll oversee scheduling, coordination, and client communication, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance their experience.

This is a remote independent contractor role, requiring availability during UK and European business hours.

What You’ll Do

  • Client Relationship Management – Serve as a trusted partner, ensuring clients receive exceptional service and support.
  • Program Coordination – Manage scheduling and logistics for client sessions, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Problem-Solving & Support – Anticipate client needs, address challenges, and proactively provide solutions.
  • Operational Efficiency – Handle administrative tasks related to client programs with precision and attention to detail.
  • Growth & Engagement – Identify opportunities to expand and deepen client partnerships, supporting their evolving needs.

What You Bring

  • Experience in Account or Project Management (3+ years) – Preferably in L&D, virtual training, or a service-based industry.
  • Advanced Technical Skills – Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • Virtual Collaboration Expertise – Experience working with platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, or Adobe Connect.
  • Strong Communication Skills – Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to build rapport and foster client relationships.
  • Self-Motivation & Organization – Ability to manage competing priorities, stay on task, and thrive in a remote environment.
  • Proactive & Solution-Oriented Mindset – You take initiative, think critically, and are always looking for ways to improve processes and client experiences.
